We offer a data processing addendum (DPA) for our customers who need to satisfy their own requirements in the EU. The DPA offers contractual terms that meet GDPR requirements.
The majority of the commitments within our DPA are included in our Terms. This means that for the majority of our customers, you will not need to execute this agreement. If your business operates within the EU, then we'd advise to do so.
We provide the DPA for executing within the Simple In/Out website for all administrator-level users. It can be found by clicking Settings in the upper-right, followed by clicking Data Processing on the left.
We use subprocessors to help us deliver our services. We have a list of subprocessors that we use, and we will notify all customers that execute a DPA if we add any new subprocessors.
