We've listened and set out to build our best in/out board yet. More customization, more power, and faster refreshing, all in an intuitive interface that makes using Simple In/Out Desktop a joy.
Display your company's status board on your PC or Mac without keeping a web browser open. A quick glance shows the status of all your users. You can make your window small for all-day visibility or full screen for everyone to see in public areas. We offer a list view with lots of columns and a grid view to display lots of users in a small space. Both options offer more customization than ever before to choose the information on display.
Our apps are available for both Windows and Mac via direct downloads from our website. We'll keep your apps updated automatically as we add new features. Enterprise distribution has never been easier.
Update your status quickly from our easy to use interface. The same Quick Picks available on your phone and the website are available here for one-click updates. If you need to leave a more detailed comment, type away and click send.
Using Notifications, Simple In/Out alerts you directly in the Windows Action Center or the Mac Notification Center. Keep informed when users you're following update their status without having the app in the foreground. Receive reminders when it's time to update your current status. Receive critical safety notifications regarding users that haven't updated their status according to your preference.
Simple In/Out for Windows or Mac can automatically update your status based on the activity of your computer. When enabled, your computer will check you out when you've walked away for a period of time and check you in when your computer is in use again. No more forgetting to update your status, let your computer do the work for you.
Administrators can establish multiple Desktop Presence settings and restrict them to specific IP address ranges. If you have a laptop, our application will change the automatic status update status and comments Simple In/Out Desktop set on your behalf automatically. Perfect for users working from home.
We ship Desktop updates regularly. See release notes for new features, fixes, and improvements.
